Summary

Position Information: The Manager at MyCare365 Lowes Grove is responsible for supervising and managing physician services to assigned practice(s).  Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, Service Line Practices, this individual directs, coordinates, and integrates practice resources and activities to meet the goals of the service line. This individual understands both the long-range goals and the short-term WakeMed Specialty Group and remains focused on achieving objectives and standards.  Works in partnership with the physician leader(s) to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, DHHS), enhance operations, and ensure physician participation and integration into the practice's operations.  Understands the organization's needs and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physicians.

 

Experience Requirements: 3 Years Clinical - Ambulatory Care Required

 

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Or Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration Or Associate's Degree in Allied Health Or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Preferred

 

Licensure/Certification Requirements: Registered Technologist for Radiography Required Basic Life Support Required - And Certified Physician Practice Manager Required - Within 1 Year of Hire

 

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, Variable 8 am-8 pm

 

Weekend Requirements: As Needed

 

Call Requirements: As Needed
