Summary

Sport Ortho is currently is seeking a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude as a Float Advanced Practitioner in our Middle to North Tennessee area clinics. 

Within the Sport Ortho model, our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on site medical imaging, regenerative medicine, manual therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy services.

Medical specialties:

• Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Licenses or certifications:

• PA or NP Tennessee State License
• NCCPA or AANP Board Certification
• Active DEA License
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Experience:

• working as an APP in Orthopedics or Urgent Care Clinic: 1 year (Required)
