Position Information: The Radiology Technologist operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to make quality radiographs of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. Requires skills in multiple areas of the hospital including pediatrics, operating room, portables, fluoroscopy, emergency department, and outpatient procedures. This position includes call-back rotation at multiple sites. This position reports to the Supervisor, Radiology.
Experience Requirements: No Experience Required And 1 Year of Clinical - Radiology Preferred
Education Required: Graduate Radiologic Technology Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Required - And Registered Technologist for Radiography Required - Within 6 Months of Hire
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8 am-8 pm, Variable
Weekend Requirements: Every Other
